CRM pricing in India: users, calling seats and the real monthly total
Work out CRM subscription and calling costs using Atlas’s published prices. Compare plans, a worked example, introductory rates and costs to confirm in writing.
Calculate the team’s bill, not just the per-user price
To compare CRM pricing in India, calculate the subscription, calling access and separately quoted work, then confirm taxes and any vendor usage charges.
A per-user price answers one part of the question. You still need to know how many people require accounts, who needs calling access and which plan includes the features you intend to use. Keep those counts separate when requesting a quote.
The figures below use Atlas’s published pricing as of 19 October 2026. They explain our plans and provide a method for checking a quote. They are not a market-wide price survey or a claim about what every CRM provider charges.
Start with the subscription your team needs
Atlas subscriptions are priced per user, per month. Every person using Atlas needs a subscription user account. Choose the feature set first, then multiply the listed price by your user count.
Basic covers lead management, follow-ups, HR and basic operations. Standard adds WhatsApp integration. Full includes Standard’s features and available posting integrations. Confirm the specific integration you need with the builders; the Full plan is not a promise that every posting channel is available.
| Atlas plan | Monthly subscription per user | Plan scope |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹500 | Lead management, follow-ups, HR and basic operations |
| Standard | ₹700 | Basic features and WhatsApp integration |
| Full | ₹1,200 | Standard features and available posting integrations |
Count calling seats separately from CRM users
A calling seat gives calling access to a person who needs it. It is separate from the Atlas subscription. A team member who manages records without using calling does not need that added access.
For Atlas, the calling rate depends on your plan and the total number of subscription users. The team-size threshold uses CRM users, not the number of callers. Full plans with at least 10 users include the first two calling seats; additional seats are charged at ₹800 each per month.
All prices in this table are per calling seat, per month. The ₹1,200 and ₹800 rates are introductory and subject to review after six months. Taxes and vendor usage charges are confirmed separately, so a seat price should not be read as a promise of unlimited usage.
| Plan | Team of 1–9 users | Team of 10+ users |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹2,000 | ₹2,000 |
| Standard | ₹2,000 | ₹1,200 |
| Full | ₹800 | First 2 seats included, then ₹800 per extra seat |
A worked example: 10 users and 3 calling seats
Suppose you need 10 Atlas user accounts and 3 calling seats. The calculator produces the monthly estimates below, before taxes and any vendor usage charges. This is an illustrative calculation, not a customer bill.
On Full, the subscription is 10 × ₹1,200 = ₹12,000. Two calling seats are included at this team size, leaving one paid seat at ₹800. That makes the estimated subscription and calling total ₹12,800 per month.
Standard comes to ₹10,600 in this example, which is less than Basic’s ₹11,000 because of Standard’s calling rate at 10 users. That result depends on the user and caller counts. Recalculate for your own team, and account for the six-month introductory-rate review when planning a longer-term budget.
| Plan | Subscription | Calling | Monthly estimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹5,000 | ₹6,000 | ₹11,000 |
| Standard | ₹7,000 | ₹3,600 | ₹10,600 |
| Full | ₹12,000 | ₹800 | ₹12,800 |
Separate configuration from new development
Atlas subscriptions include small workflow configuration changes, such as your sales stages and terminology. Your team uses an Atlas-hosted workspace with the Atlas name and logo. New features are scoped with the builders and may be quoted separately. Agree the requested work, its price and delivery timing before treating it as part of your budget.
Write down the behaviour you need when discussing a change. For example, asking for a different sales-stage name is more precise than asking for a fully customised system. If your request affects how work moves between people, describe that handover and ask what the proposed scope covers.
Get the remaining costs and terms in writing
The website estimate gives you a starting point for a conversation. Before buying, confirm the applicable taxes, vendor usage charges, billing terms and the treatment of any separately scoped development. Ask how the introductory calling-rate review will be communicated and reflected in your quote.
If you are still checking product fit, ask about Atlas’s 14-day free pilot with three to five users and one calling account. Use it to assess the workflow you intend to run. Decide the paid user and calling counts after that discussion, rather than assuming everyone needs every add-on.
Put it into practice
Build an estimate for your team
Choose your user count and calling seats, compare the plans, then send the estimate to the builders to confirm scope and the remaining charges.
