These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Vivid Verse Global for your use of the Atlas marketing website. By accessing this website or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply only to this website, its content, and the demo booking flow. They do not govern access to or use of the Atlas SaaS product by a customer. Any paid subscription, implementation, customisation, support, data processing, or product use will be governed by a separate proposal, order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement.

If you book a demo, you agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information. A demo request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee availability, reserve pricing, or require either party to enter into a product agreement.

Demo booking is handled through Cal.com at our booking page. Hosting is handled by third-party infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, text, screenshots, design, graphics, and other content are owned by Vivid Verse Global or its licensors. You may view the website for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, publish, or use the content for a competing or commercial purpose without our written permission.
7. Website information
Website content is provided for general product and business information. It may change at any time and may not describe every product limitation, dependency, configuration, add-on, or commercial term. Final product scope and obligations must be agreed in writing.
